Word is spreading!

Following moving from a Saturday to a Thursday, it has taken a few weeks for our new opening times to become widely known, but we are ecstatic to announce we have had a great turnout the last two weeks.

Overall, 23 adults and 15 children gratefully received the food and essentials they needed, as we continue to see a rise in clients since the change. We are so thankful for all our amazing volunteers, who so sacrificially give up their time each week, without whom the transition would not have been so smooth.

Last week, one of our volunteers had overcome a life-threatening illness as recently as the previous week, but he gave up his morning to help the community and received high praise for his tea and coffee making skills! This is an extreme example and testament to him, but whatever your situation, if you can give up a couple of hours on a Thursday then please do get in touch!
